All fine, but facilities outdated

Everything was good, very nice staff, magnificent location very close to the local bus stop, the island and Venezia in 20 minutes.

my stay was absolutely amazing of the last two nights. the location was particularly good and perfect, at a moderate distance from piazza ferretto. set in such beautiful area, restaurants and bars were walk from the hotel. the employees were very attentive and kept it all reasonably clean. the breakfast was good with cheese and pastries, for example, and the restaurant was very nice.

There was breakfast missing.

The location is very nice, just a short bus ride from Venice. The reception staff were helpful and warm. Enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of variety.

Our stay at the hotel was nice. The rooms were well equipped, spacious, clean. The hotel is near the city center which is accessible by foot, about 10 minutes. Bus number 2 goes to Venice, has a stop about 100 meters away. The journey from Marco Polo airport - bus (number 15) to the railway station and then take bus No. 2 to the hotel.If you buy a ticket in advance you only pay 1.20 euros, the driver is 2.50 euros.

we had a bad air conditioning in the room.

Friendly staff, good location for traveling to Venice - approx 15 mins on the bus, for only 2.40 euros. Spacious room.

It was on quite a busy road where there were roadworks, not much in the immediate area, but at the Mestre square (shops, restaurants) in 10 mins. No noise from the road either I must say!

The room was fantastic with cool electric blinds and a cozy bed. I enjoyed lounging around in the small garden area and catching up on shows in the cozy TV room. Just a heads up, breakfast is a bit tricky if you have pets since they can't join you there! 🐾

Staying here with my family was fun as we explored all Venice has to offer! The hotel was conveniently located and made our outings easy. The complimentary breakfast had a good mix of options, perfect for fueling our adventures. We've stayed with our toddler!

My kids wished there were more activities or amenities for children. It would be beneficial for families to have a play area or babysitting services.

Staff was very nice, friendly and professional, secure parking, clean room that really was a non-smoking room, quiet (except - see below) convenient bus link to Venice

The room we've stayed in, the rhs lift (the faster one) and the breakfast menu may need some face lifting to match the rating. The only noise came from a water pipe near the room and from the door slamming in the morning (where the guests are also to blame).

I liked the design of the room and the reception, it is typical 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was good and there were not so strictly with the time. Quite good position, 10 minutes from the center, 15 minutes from the train station.

Double bed not just one piece, but two single beds together. Television with just 11 channel (mixed italian, french and german channels). Room not perfectly maintained

The location was perfect, just a quick bus ride to the main attractions. I appreciated the spacious triple room that offered good air conditioning. The nearby bus stop made travel easy, and I loved that parking was free on Sundays, a significant perk. I enjoyed a good breakfast each morning, with a decent variety of options like fresh pastries and scrambled eggs, setting a good tone for the day.

Good public rooms. Staff helpful.

Room dark and uninviting with a wardrobe in-front of the very small window. Shower not located behind the shower screen so impossible to shower without wetting the whole of the bathroom. Beds basic. Not a four star hotel. Coffee at breakfast poor.

I appreciated the hotel's clean and modern design with a cute atmosphere. The convenient bus stop just a short walk away made it easy for seniors like me to access Venice without any hassle.

More seating in common areas for seniors would help.
